Trip Reader is a mobile application that leverages the iPhone's internal NFC reader to effortlessly retrieve balance and transaction history from various public transit cards issued across China. The best part? You don't even need an internet connection or Bluetooth connectivity to use it.

This app offers a range of indispensable features, catering to the needs of frequent travelers:

• Instant access to your card's balance and historical data
• Displays accurate station names for better navigation
• Keeps you up-to-date with the monthly discount policy and progress
• Provides bus route numbers so you never miss your stop
• Allows you to save and revisit your travel history and add comments for future reference

However, it's important to note that Beijing Yikatong is currently not supported due to technical limitations.

This handy app supports a wide range of cards, including but not limited to:

• Beijing Hutong Card (京津冀互联互通卡) with the T-Union mark
• Tianjin City Card with the T-Union mark
• Nanjing City Card with the T-Union mark
• Suzhou Citizen Card
• Shanghai Public Transportation Card (Purple card and T-Union card)
• Kunshan Citizen Card
• Guangzhou Yang Cheng Tong (CPU card only)
• Lingnan Pass
• Shenzhen Tong (FeliCa type not supported)
• Chengdu Tianfu Tong (CPU card only)
• Various other T-Union or City Union cards issued across China (note that some dual-module cards may only display T-Union history)

It's important to bear in mind that student cards, senior cards, and other specific card types are not supported by this app. Additionally, please note that Trip Reader does not have access to official databases, so it's advisable to use it with caution and not rely solely on the results it provides.
